Briannon Fraley

Photo of Briannon FraleyDirector, Briannon "Brie" Fraley has dedicated nearly ten years of her career as a strategic thought partner and executive officer to grow and build capability within her community. She views herself as a lifelong learner, and has focused in on prioritizing collaborative leadership, systems development and government relations to lead, build and advise on sovereignty, stewardship and equity. Her strategic visioning for systems change, coupled with her experience in developing political strategy, has been used to create organizational structure for program frameworks and community benefit. These skills have helped drive conversations of change on statewide policy initiatives to help bring equity to minority communities through regional networking and state and federal advocacy.

In 2013, Briannon received national recognition when she accepted the Native American 40 under 40 award for demonstrating leadership, initiative, and dedication to advancing her community and Indian Country.

A compliment to her professional career, she has four beautiful boys, who have helped shape her engagement and advocacy in the areas of education, community enrichment and sustainable resources for future generations. She is empowered by envisioning her children's future in which there is agency and equity and works to serve to improve conditions of the environment and community for abundance and belonging.
