The 311 Implementation Plan recommends a Citywide 311 Program that provides a first-stop for community members online, over the phone, and in-person, so they can easily access City information and services. The Plan also recommends potential functions and services that could be provided by a 311 Program and the staff, operational, technology, funding, and governance supports needed for success.
