The Liquor Licensing Program is dedicated to facilitating strong relationships between community members and businesses, and mitigating the livability concerns associated with the sale of liquor. The program works collaboratively with state and city agencies, Neighborhood Associations, and community members to help ensure that licensed establishments do not unreasonably impact the community in a negative manner.

Most license applications and renewals must be reviewed and approved by both the City of Portland and the OLCC.
