The Calendar of Events is where you will find information about upcoming neighborhood meetings, community events and volunteer opportunities. Events are listed by district so you can look at all the events going on in the city or just for your part of town.

    Work to replace the deck on the Morrison Bridge lift span will impact traffic at several times this week.

    PBOT Eclipse Traffic Advisory: Plan ahead for highway congestion during eclipse weekend; consider telecommuting, biking & walking

    The Portland Bureau of Transportation warns the traveling public to prepare for heavy traffic congestion on area highways and potential delays on public transit this weekend through Tuesday.

    Eclipse Traffic Impacts on Inspection Services

    The Bureau of Development Services will be open and providing inspection services the day of the eclipse (August 21st) and the following day (August 22nd).

    Sunnyside East Green Street and Sewer Project Update: Design almost complete and Night Work Proposed

    Environmental Services is nearly finished with the design of the Sunnyside East Green Street and Sewer Project in the Sunnyside Neighborhood to repair, replace, or install 4,800 feet of sewer pipe. Some of the pipe being replaced is 100 years old and deteriorating due to age. Environmental Services will also add 16 green street planters and replace or plant 26 trees to remove 2.4 million gallons of stormwater from sewer pipes.
