    Humboldt Sewer Repair Project Update: March 23, 2017

    Beginning tomorrow, crews will pause sewer pipe replacement on North Maryland Avenue to focus on spot repairs in multiple locations.

    Public Hearing: Tax Exemption Applications for 5 New Rental Housing Projects

    On Tuesday, April 4, the Portland Housing Advisory Commission (PHAC), the advisory group to the Portland Housing Bureau (PHB), will hold a public hearing to discuss five applications being considered for the Multiple-Unit Limited Tax Exemption (MULTE) Program.

    Concordia Sewer Repair Project Update

    Environmental Services is designing a sewer project to replace or repair up to 16,000 feet, or about 3 miles, of public sewer pipes in the Concordia Neighborhood, plus a few blocks in Woodlawn and Beaumont-Wilshire. Most of the sewer pipes are 90-100 years old and are in deteriorating condition. The sewer repairs will improve sewer and stormwater infrastructure, increase sewer capacity, and reduce the risks of street flooding and sewage releases to homes, businesses, and streets.

    PBOT Traffic Advisory: NW Skyline will be closed between West Burnside and NW Cornell on Thursday, March 23, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

    The Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that NW Skyline will be closed between West Burnside Road and NW Cornell Road on Thursday, March 23, from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. while PBOT crews repave 2 lane miles on West Burnside Road.
