    Traffic Advisory: Expect delays, use alternate routes during rush hour on Portland Aerial Tram Tuesday, Wednesday as tram slows while awaiting electrical part replacement

    The Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public to expect delays, especially during morning and evening commutes, when using the Portland Aerial Tram to access OHSU's Marquam Hill campus on Tuesday and Wednesday.
