We offer water fitness classes for almost every age and ability level. Experience the benefits that a water workout can offer. All classes are offered on a drop-in basis unless noted. Classes are offered seven days per week. Check your local pool schedule for class offerings and times.

Walk or run against the Current Channel at East Portland or Mt Scott Pools for an excellent cardiovascular workout. Improve circulation and strength with this low-impact activity. No instructor present. Check East Portland or Mt Scott Pool schedules for times.

Build endurance while toning muscle and gaining strength in this program guaranteed to keep your heart rate pumping. The River Challenge employs low impact resistance training to work every part of your body. Available at East Portland Pool.
