Hi to all SWCC members and guests! I hope you are on track with your winter fitness goals. If you're finding you need some extra motivation or a little more help to make that push to take your fitness to the next level, be sure to check out SWCC's new program 'Target.' It's a six week small group format designed to get you quick and measurable results. You will meet with one of our certified personal trainers three times a week (and have programs in place for the other days) and meet with our registered dietitian once a week for guidance and meal plans. I wanted to tell you that after eight wonderful years of working here, my time has come to embark on a new adventure. It is with a heavy heart, and it wasn't an easy decision, that I have accepted the role of the Fitness Director at a private club. I started here in 2007, at the young age of 22, fresh out of college, and you all welcomed me with open arms. With all of your help and motivation, I have grown into the fitness professional that you see today. I have enjoyed each and every connection I have made here and hope to have left a lasting impression on all of you. Your continued efforts to stay healthy and fit will forever be etched in my mind and know that SWCC will always have a place in my heart. I hope you all continue on your fitness journeys, using the skills I have taught you. Remember the more you move the better you feel! Let's keep moving forward into a fit 2015!
