1. Conclude public comment period from first public meeting on October 8, 2015.
2. Review summary of public comments - Fall 2015
3. Refine design for Duniway Park improvements - Fall 2015
4. Pre-application meeting with BDS to get City feedback on preliminary design and problem solve design issues.
5. Present refined design proposals to public - Fall 2015. This step includes public presentation and comment period.
6. Pre-application for land use process for proposed lighting - Fall 2015. This step includes public notification.
7. Finalize design and develop construction drawings - Winter 2015
8. Submit drawings for final land use review and permitting. Winter 2015 - Spring 2016. This step includes public notification and comment period. See Type III Land Use Review Procedure.
9. Construction. Spring - Fall 2016
