- Pre-application meeting with BDS to get City feedback on preliminary design and problem solve design issues.
- Present refined design proposals to public - Fall 2015. This step includes public presentation and comment period.
- Pre-application for land use process for proposed lighting - Fall 2015. This step includes public notification.
- Finalize design and develop construction drawings - Winter 2015
- Submit drawings for final land use review and permitting. Winter 2015 - Spring 2016. This step includes public notification and comment period. See Type III Land Use Review Procedure.
