What can we fix next with 2014 Parks Replacement Bond funds?
The Parks Replacement Bond was passed in November 2014 with overwhelming voter support. Your support authorized up to $68 million in general obligation bonds to make repairs and replace the most critical needs in Portland parks.
The first phase of repairs is currently underway on over 30 park improvement projects citywide. During this phase, almost $48 million of allocated funds is being spent to improve playgrounds, pools, roofs, Pioneer Courthouse Square, restrooms, and park maintenance facilities.
Now, it's time to decide how to spend the remaining $20 million for the second phase of park improvements! Please join us at a Westside Town Hall on Monday, March 20, 6pm - 7:30pm, Multnomah Arts Center Auditorium, 7688 SW Capitol Highway.
