Sponsorship Opportunities

The last few weeks have been unprecedented for all of us as we experience the COVID-19 global health crisis. In these circumstances, with all communities impacted, Portland Parks & Recreation must focus on the highest needs of the people we serve.

Unfortunately, Portland Parks & Recreation’s (PP&R) Summer Free For All program will not be able to host Concerts in the Park, including Washington Park Summer Festival, Movies in the Park, and Portland World Soccer Tournament in 2020. This decision will ensure our summer programming can follow the guidance of public health professionals and protect the people we serve, our partners, and our staff.

Portland Parks & Recreation will still serve our community this summer, just in a scaled and prioritized way. During this public health crisis, access to nutritious food has proven to be one of the highest needs in our community. PP&R will play an important role in keeping kids healthy this summer by moving forward with the Lunch + Play program. Youth will be able to count on FREE lunches and safe outdoor recreation—citywide—from June through August. We are ready to mobilize and focus our work to meet these needs.

If you would like to support this effort, please pledge below.
