Description

The Tree Inventory Project is a partnership between PP&R Urban Forestry and volunteers to map, measure, and identify every tree in Portland's developed parks. At inventory workdays, volunteers are paired with trained staff and individuals to map and measure each tree in the park, using mobile tablets and other tools. No experience necessary, all ages and abilities welcome.

What: Downtown Parks Tree Inventory workday

When: Saturday August 18th, 8:30 am - noon

Where: Teams will meet in Tom McCall Waterfront Park and work in parks near the SW waterfront
