Join Portland Parks & Recreation and the Columbia Slough Watershed Council to plant native shrubs and trees at the Johnson Lake natural area!
Please arrive by 8:45am to sign-in and enjoy some breakfast treats and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The planting starts at 9:00am. We provide gloves, tools, and guidance, so all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes or boots – and be ready to have fun!
How do I register? All individuals and groups are kindly asked to RSVP to save your spot(s) by emailing, calling, or texting Yoko Silk (firstname.lastname@example.org; 503-278-1341).
Meeting location is at the Johnson Lake North Trailhead, at the end of the cul-de-sac of NE Colfax Ave off of NE 92nd. Click here for a map.
