Per Oregon Governor Kate Brown’s executive order, all Portland Parks & Recreation (and all public) playgrounds, outdoor sports courts and fields (including, but not limited to, basketball courts, skateparks, tennis courts, soccer fields) are CLOSED and should be avoided. This is a necessary step and mandated by the Oregon Governor’s Executive Order, to support public health and to limit the spread of COVID-19.
