Refunds will only be issued in the event of overpayment, duplicate payments, or if a payment was made in error. An online payment may be refunded by emailing sffa@portlandoregon.gov or by calling 503-823-5059 Tuesday through Friday 9 AM – 3 PM Pacific Time.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.
