  • Attend a BEECN training

A BEECN is a place to go in Portland after a major earthquake to ask for emergency assistance if phone service is down, or report severe damage or injury. Click on the links below to learn more about BEECNs, find a site near you and get prepared for an earthquake.

If you have a group of six people or more please contact beecn@portlandoregon.gov and arrangements can be made to provide a 1 hour and 30 minute BEECN training at a time and place convenient for you.
