The Portland Plan is the city's new roadmap to 2035 — three years in the making, incorporating more than 20,000 comments and with the cooperation of more than 20 agency partners, The Portland Plan – Recommended Draft will be presented to City Council on April 18 in Council Chambers at City Hall. There will be a presentation and overview of the plan at 6:00 p.m. followed by testimony from partners and members of the community at 6:30.

The Portland Bureau of Emergency Management has been an active participant in the development of the plan and is pleased to support its adoption by Council.
