The City of Portland submits this Memorandum to address two issues which arose at the annual Status Conference held in this matter on October 25, 2016.
On December 2, 2016, the City of Portland submitted a Supplemental Memo to Judge Michael Simon, outlining the process underway to develop proposed amendments to Section IX of the Settlement Agreement.
