The first meeting of the Bond Oversight Committee (BOC) will be held tomorrow, Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 9 - 11 am at the Portland Housing Bureau offices. July's meeting agenda is available here

The Stakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) meets Tuesday, July 11, 2017 from 9:00 am – Noon at the Portland Housing Bureau. Meeting materials will be available online here. The SAG will meet over the next several months to guide creation of a Framework Plan for the use of bond funds, including: 

Guiding Principles

• Policy Priorities (draft summary)

• Acquisition and Development Selection Criteria

• Guidelines for Development, Operations, and Programming

• Guidelines for Reporting & Community Engagement


Meetings are open to the public and public testimony is invited.
