  • Officer Bryant seized back a bike that was being sold in an online marketplace. #RegisterYourBike
  • While working a detail in NW Portland, Officers Oldham and Trummer were  frantically flagged down by group of adults. The group was participating in a scavenger hunt and needed a picture with an officer. #missioncomplete #pdx
  • K9 Hunter and his partner Officer Sweeney, after helping search for Bicycle Shop Burglar.
  • We are continuing to assist patrolling level three evacuated areas around the #EagleCreekFire.
  • The Portland Police Bureau continues to assist with the Eagle Creek Fire. Yesterday, officers assisted Multnomah County Search and Rescue with evacuations and today, Bureau members from our Rapid Response Team, Neighborhood Response Team and Detectives are assigned to the Gorge. We will continue to support all efforts as feasible to combat this horrific fire as we all grieve and worry about our beautiful Gorge.

  • Youth Services Sergeant Quackenbush was at Vestal School welcoming students back!
  • This call came in at 3:23 am to East Precinct on Sunday Morning. The report was of a driver passed out behind the wheel at NE Glisan and NE 99th. Officers positioned cars in case driver tried to drive when woken up. When the driver woke up; he did press the accelerator but was prevented from driving away. He is under arrest for suspicion of DUII. There was no damage to any of the cars.
