To establish trust and mutually beneficial relationships between the Slavic Community and the Portland Police Bureau in order to address issues of mutual concern.

Promote mutually informed perspectives, and ensure clear lines of information sharing and communication by maintaining an environment of respect, integrity, and inclusion.

Communicate, collaborate, and develop effective recommendations and solutions that address both immediate and long-term community issues and concerns.

Make informed recommendations on police problem solving efforts that impact the community.

Be an informed voice and resource for Portland's Slavic Community regarding police and community issues.

Identify community needs and opportunities for collaborative remedies to ongoing issues.

Engage in collaborative efforts focusing on crime prevention and criminal justice education targeting the immigrant and youth elements of the community.
