Case #91-53112

On June 20, 1991, an individual walking in the area of NE 6th Avenue and Roselawn Street heard gunshots at approximately 12:40 am. Minutes later, Arthur Moore, a 37 year-old African-American male, was found deceased on the sidewalk at the intersection of NE 6th and Emerson. An autopsy revealed that Mr. Moore had died as the result of a gunshot wound.

Arthur Moore was a reported drug user and may have dealt drugs to support his habit.

A witness reported seeing a white man driving an older model, white 4-door Volvo eastbound soon after the gunshots were heard.
