JOSEPH LITTLEJOHN

On May 13, 1996, Joseph Littlejohn and an associate were in the basement of a residence on the 3800 block of NE 17th Avenue when at approximately 10:20 pm, shots were fired through a window. Mr. Littlejohn, a 20-year-old African-American man, was shot and died at the scene while his associate was not harmed.
Joseph Littlejohn was reported to be a known Crips gang member.
Witnesses reported seeing 2 unidentified African-American men in their late teens to mid twenties running away from the scene shortly after the shots were heard.
