On March 26, 2005, at 7:30 a.m., Officers responded to 6624 N. Maryland Avenue, on the report of an elderly man deceased. Upon the Officers arrival, they found an 87-year-old white male, deceased lying on a couch in the living room. The victim, Eugene Fred Woolf, died from an apparent gunshot wound. It is believed that this could have been a possible drug deal gone bad.
