Case # 08-118907

On November 29, 2008, at 10:43 a.m., Officers responded to 531 SE 155th Avenue, to the report of a possible dead body. Upon Officers arrival a food delivery man said that he had found a body inside the residence. He believed it to be Roland Jackson Dir, a man he regularly delivered food to. Mr. Dir was a 54-year-old white male. Mr. Dir died of homicidal violence.
