On August 8, 2018, at approximately 9:00 a.m., this suspect prowled a car in the area of Southeast 60th Avenue and Salmon Street. The suspect is captured on surveillance video and appears to be associated with a full size, 1980s-era Chevrolet pick-up truck. The suspect is described as a white male with multiple tattoos on his arms, accompanied by a small white dog.
