This unknown person is suspected of stealing purses from Portland and Vancouver area hospitals and using the stolen credit cards to make purchases at businesses in Portland, Happy Valley, Tigard, and The Dalles, Oregon.

The suspect is described as a Black male in his 20s or 30s, tall, thin, with short hair and facial hair.
