Shoplifter at Amelia

On March 17th 2016, around 4:30pm, a female subject, on camera, took a pair of earrings and a ring from the Amelia boutique located at 2230 NE Alberta St. The female subject was dressed in grey sweater, black shirt and blue jeans. Her hair was short in the front and the back is in dreadlocks.
