Dog Theft Suspect - Dog Returned

This suspect stole Bella the Bullmastiff from the Foster Fred Meyer store on July 2, 2016. The suspect was last seen getting into a white sedan.

On July 3, Bella was returned to her owner by someone who bought the dog, claiming not to know she was stolen.

Officers would still like to identify the woman who stole Bella.
