Detectives are seeking information on the person or person who smashed the windshield and keyed this vehicle as the driver was stuck in traffic on Southeast Grand Avenue at Alder Street on November 10, 2016, at approximately 7:20 p.m. The people in the photo are not the suspects but may be witnesses. The vehicle is a black 2010 Nissan Pathfinder.
