Reward Offered in Jackson Panyanouvong Homicide - Crime Stoppers Featured Case #20-11 (Photo)

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the October 2019 homicide of Jackson Panyanouvong.

On Saturday October 26, 2019, at approximately 12:24 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the area of Northeast Wygant Street, between 109th and 110th Avenues, after several 9-1-1 calls about gunfire with one person injured in the street.

Officers and medical personnel arrived in the area and located 18-year-old Jackson Panyanouvong suffering from traumatic injuries. Panyanouvong was transported to a Portland area hospital where it was determined that he was deceased.

The Oregon State Medical Examiner performed an autopsy and determined that Panyanouvong's death was a homicide as a result of a gunshot wound.
