Reward Offered in 2019 Thomas Osborn Homicide - Crime Stoppers Featured Case #20-12 (Photo)

The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the November 2019 homicide of Thomas Osborn.

On November 2, 2019, at approximately 2:16 a.m., Portland Police officers responded to Northeast 20th Avenue and Broadway on the report of a shooting after callers to 9-1-1 reported a shooting and someone injured inside a vehicle.

Officers arrived in the area and located a deceased male in the driver's seat of a vehicle. The victim was later identified as 48-year-old Thomas Richard Osborn.

The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office performed an autopsy and determined that Osborn died of multiple gunshot wounds.

Homicide detectives learned that shortly before the shooting, Osborn was involved in a brief disagreement with a group of subjects at the 7-Eleven store, located at Northeast 21st Avenue and Broadway.
