The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to solve the July 2020 homicide of Julian Heredia.

On Friday, July 10, 2020, at 9:09 p.m., Portland Police officers responded to the report of a shooting with a person down in the 13600 block of Southeast Powell Boulevard.

Officers and medical personnel arrived and located one person deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.

The Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on the victim, 19-year-old Julian Heredia, determining that he died of a gunshot wound, ruling the death a homicide.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 cash for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime and tipsters can remain anonymous.
