On October 1, 2022 at 0122 hours, Nicholas Scott Hammann M/W DOB 1/9/1986 was shot and killed in the area of NE 162nd Ave. / NE Sandy Blvd. It is believed that Nicholas was homeless and living in the area in which he was killed.
