The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to locate the suspect or suspects in a Robbery.

On October 7th, 2022, at about 0235 hours, officers assigned to East Precinct responded to the Shun Chang Lounge at 9141 SE Powell Blvd. Several patrons reported being robbed outside the business by a male and female. Several of the victims suffered gunshot injuries during the robbery.

The Portland Police Bureau is seeking the publics’ assistance in identifying a male and female seen inside the business prior to the robbery.
