The Portland Police Bureau, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, is asking for the public's help to identify and locate the suspect in an injury shooting.
On July 20th, 2022 at approximately 2:45 PM, a female was driving in the area of SE Powell Blvd at SE 131st Avenue when an exchange of gunfire between two individuals took place. The female became caught in the crossfire and sustained a significant gunshot wound to her face. Fortunately, the injury was not fatal. Occupied buildings as well as other occupied vehicles were struck by gunfire which endangered many peoples’ lives. One of the shooting suspects in this incident was eventually identified and arrested. Police are still actively attempting to identify and apprehend the second suspect who was last seen running southbound through the Glenwood Apartments after the shooting. The Portland Police Bureau is requesting the help of the community in identifying the suspect in this case.
