Eleanor Mitchell, who had been missing for several hours yesterday, was located early this morning and is now at home.

Portland Police are asking for help locating 88-year-old Eleanor Mitchell, who is believed to have walked away from her home in the 5500 Block of Northeast 15th Avenue today, February 14, 2021, at about 10:00 a.m.
Eleanor Mitchell suffers from dementia.
Officers have canvassed the area since being called to her house, but have not found her. Based on information gathered, it is possible she was seen walking in the area of Northeast Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Northeast Ainsworth Street at about 12:00 p.m. She is not familiar with using the transit system.
Eleanor Mitchell is an African American female. She is about 5'4", 180 pounds, with gray hair. It is not known what kind of clothing she was wearing when she left her house.
Police ask that anyone who sees Eleanor Mitchell, or knows where she is, call 911.
