Serious Injury Crash Involving Bicyclist

On Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 10:37 p.m., officers from the North Precinct were dispatched to a crash involving a bicyclist near the intersection of North Killingsworth Street and North Minnesota Avenue. When officers arrived they found the bicyclist, an adult male, suffering from life-threatening injuries. The man was transported to an area hospital. The driver of the involved vehicle did not remain at the scene.

The Portland Police Bureau’s Major Crash Team (MCT) has responded to take over the investigation. While the MCT conducts this investigation, North Killingsworth Street will be closed from North Montana Avenue to North Missouri Avenue.
