The Portland Police Bureau’s Missing Persons Unit is looking for a missing endangered female and anyone who sees her is asked to contact PPB.
Kathy Keeton, 70, left her family's residence in the 13400 block of Northeast Sandy Boulevard at 3:47 p.m. today. Her family reports she has dementia and is unfamiliar with the area.
Kathy is described as a Caucasian female, 5’11”, 170 lbs. Kathy was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray pants and black Addias shoes. Detectives are concerned about Kathy with tonight's expected cold weather.
PPB is asking anyone who sees Kathy to please call 911. Anyone with information about the case is urged to contact detectives at missing@police.portlandoregon.gov .
