The Portland Police Bureau’s Missing Persons Unit is looking for a missing endangered teen and anyone who sees her is asked to contact PPB.
Phoebe Vangorder, 16, was last seen at approximately 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at her house near Northeast Thompson Street and Northeast 108th Avenue in the Parkrose Heights Neighborhood.
Both Phoebe’s family and detectives are concerned for her well-being due to her age and medical issues.
Phoebe is a Black female, 5’5”, 130 pounds.
Anyone who sees Phoebe is urged to contact PPB’s Missing Persons Unit at missing@police.portlandoregon.gov and reference case number 24-125775.
