Moltov Cocktail Found Stashed-PPB Asks for Community Help With Awareness of Dangerous Items

On Thursday, June 4, 2020, at 12:41 p.m., Central Precinct Officers responded to the report of a suspicious device. Officers learned that during a routine premise check, a Security Guard located a Molotov cocktail hidden near a building in downtown Portland.

The Portland Metropolitan Explosive Disposal Unit responded to the scene. This is an ongoing investigation, and no further details are available at this time.
