PPB Releases Podcast Discussing Demonstrations

The Portland Police Bureau is releasing a new special edition Talking Beat podcast featuring discussions with Chief Chuck Lovell and Officer Jakhary Jackson. Chief Lovell addresses recent demonstrations while Officer Jackson discusses what it's like to be an officer of color working as a Rapid Response Team member (crowd control).
