UPDATE#2: Argay Terrace Death is Confirmed Homicide, Juvenile Victim Identified (Photo)

The victim in Sunday's Argay Terrace death investigation has been identified as Sergio Hunt, 17. The Oregon State Medical Examiner determined the cause of his death was from homicidal violence and the manner of death was homicide. The victim's family has been notified and do not wish to speak to the media. The family provided the attached photograph for public distribution.

A man was found deceased in the street in the Argay Terrace Neighborhood, and early indication is he may have been struck by a hit and run driver.

On Sunday, May 23, 2021 at 6:30a.m., North Precinct officers responded to the 14300 block of Northeast Milton Street and found the male deceased. The Portland Police Major Crash Team is enroute to investigate. The block is closed to traffic during the investigation.
