ARREST: Man Arrested in Connection with Creston-Kenilworth Neighborhood Shooting (Photo)

A man has been arrested in Texas and faces several counts of murder.

On March 2, 2022, Portland Police Detectives worked with the Denton County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations/Warrant Division and the US Marshals East Texas Fugitive Task force to arrest 27-year-old Jeremy Michael Lenoire in Frisco, Texas. Lenoire was arrested in connection with the June 6, 2021 shooting in the Creston-Kenilworth Neighborhood in which four individuals were found deceased after a shooting.

Lenoire was indicted on the following charges:

Murder in the Second Degree (two counts)
Robbery in the First Degree (two counts)
Burglary in the First Degree (two counts)

Jeremy Michael Lenoire is being held in the Denton County Jail pending extradition to Oregon.

Portland Police homicide detectives have released the names of the four men killed in a shooting incident that occurred in the 4000 block of Southeast Boise Street on June 6, 2021. Each of their deaths has been ruled a homicide by gunshot.

31-year-old Mitchell Nacoste
27-year-old Kendall Gragg
24-year-old Donovan Lenford
23-year-old Eyion Willis

This is an ongoing investigation. Any additional information will be released at the direction of the investigators.

On June 6, 2021 at about 10:25 p.m., Portland Police responded to the report of a shooting at a residence in the 4000 block of Southeast Boise Street. Upon arrival officers found four people deceased from apparent gunshot wounds.

Portland Police Homicide detectives responded to the scene and are investigating. Autopsies will be scheduled to determine cause and manner of death. This is an ongoing investigation. Any additional information will be released at the direction of the investigators.
