The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public's help in locating a missing Vancouver juvenile who suffers from a medical condition, which, if left untreated, could endanger his welfare. 16-year-old Parrish Dunlap, who may also go by Parrish Allen, disappeared from a Northeast Portland medical facility early this evening, and was last known to have been on foot in the area. Police and security personnel attempted to find Parrish, but were unable to locate him.

Parrish is described as a 16-year-old, light-skinned, African-American male, 6'1", 145 pounds, with nearly shaved brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue paper hospital scrubs and tennis shoes.

Anyone who knows of Parrish's whereabouts is asked not to approach him, but to immediately call 9-1-1.

Anyone with additional information about this case is asked to contact Detective Mike Weinstein, PPB Missing Persons Unit, at 503-823-0446.
