Pedestrian Killed in Crash On N Marine Dr

A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a car on North Marine Drive in the Kenton Neighborhood.

On Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 10:31p.m., North Precinct officers responded to a report of a crash involving a pedestrian and a vehicle in the 2600 block of North Marine Drive.

When officers arrived they found the pedestrian involved was deceased. The driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene.

The Portland Police Major Crash Team is responding to investigate. During the investigation, North Marine Drive is closed between North Portland Road and North Force Avenue. The PIO is not responding to the scene. More information will be released when appropriate.
