***ORIGINAL MESSAGE BELOW***
A man was seriously injured in an apparent hit & run in a parking lot in the Parkrose Neighborhood.
On Sunday, November 21, 2021, at 1:05a.m., North Precinct Officers were dispatched to the 4400 Block of Northeast 122nd Avenue on the report of fifteen (15) people fighting with knifes. Officers arrived and found a man with life-threatening injuries consistent with those of being hit by a vehicle, however the vehicle was no longer in the parking lot. After conducting an investigation, officers determined the incident to be a crash, as opposed to an intentional targeting with a vehicle.
Medical personnel responded and quickly transported the subject to a local hospital. The Major Crash Team responded and assumed responsibility of the investigation.
