This morning, the Portland Police Bureau’s Focused Intervention Team (FIT), with assistance from the Special Emergency Response Team (SERT) and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT), served a search warrant and arrested 19 year-old Antonio Chris Hall related to a shooting investigation from earlier in the month.

On July 1, 2022, officers responded to a shooting in the area of Northeast 57th Avenue and Northeast Glisan Street. Officers recovered evidence related to the shooting and FIT officers were assigned to follow up on the investigation. No one was injured as a result of the shooting.

FIT investigators identified Hall as the suspect and learned he was involved in an argument in the area of Northeast 57th Avenue and Northeast Glisan Street. In that incident, Hall pulled out a gun and fired multiple rounds into the air. Today’s search warrant took place in the 5600 block of Northeast Glisan Street and during the search a firearm was found.

Hall was transported to the Multnomah County Detention Center and booked on charges of Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Loaded Firearm (City Code), Discharge of a Firearm (City Code), and an outstanding felony warrant unrelated to the original incident.
