Death Investigation Underway in Old Town

On 10/19/22 at approximately 10:16 a.m. officers from the Central Precinct responded to a call of a person down near Northwest 1st Ave and Northwest Flanders Street in the Old Town Neighborhood.

Officers located a deceased person. Detectives from the Homicide Detail and Criminalists from the Forensic Evidence Division responded to collect evidence and process the scene. The identity of the deceased and their cause of death will be released when approved by the Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office.
