Serious Injury Hit and Run Crash Investigation on SE Powell Boulevard

A pedestrian was critically injured in a hit and run crash.

On Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 at 10:04p.m., East Precinct officers responded to a report of a serious injury crash involving a pedestrian on Southeast Powell Boulevard and Southeast 64th Avenue. Portland Fire and Rescue and AMR also responded. Responders located a 33-year-old female critically injured. She was transported to the hospital with life threatening injuries.

The driver involved left the scene and the driver and vehicle were not immediately located. No suspect information is being released at this time.

Due to the extent of the injuries, the Portland Police Major Crash Team and Forensic Evidence Division responded to investigate the crash.
