Street Crimes Unit Arrests 21-Year-Old Heroin Dealer in Downtown Portland (Photo)

On March 6, 2014, the North Precinct Street Crimes Unit was following up on a neighborhood drug complaint and developed information about a possible drug dealer residing in Downtown Portland.

With the assistance of the Central Precinct Street Crimes Unit, the dealer was identified and probable cause developed for her arrest. Officers located her at Southwest Broadway and College Street and took her into custody without incident.

Officers then served a search warrant on her residence in the University Pointe at College Station apartments, located at 1955 Southwest 5th Avenue.

At the apartment, officers seized more than four ounces of heroin, a small amount of Methamphetamine and Cocaine, and $2,400 in cash.

The street value of the heroin is estimated to be $4,400.

21-year-old Isabelle Chrystyna Sinclair was arrested and charged with Manufacturing Heroin, Delivering Heroin, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree.

Sinclair was booked into the Multnomah County Jail and arraigned on Friday.
